How Do We Charge For Shipping?
That depends on the amount of the merchandise we are shipping, We also provide Delivery Confirmation with all our orders to make sure you get your merchandise. We ship our items UPS and we do not ship out of the United States currently.
Do You Ship APO and FPO Adresses?
Due to the guidelines and restriction we no longer ship to A/FPO addresses.
Do You Allow Pick Up Orders?
Due to our location we do not allow pick up orders.
Can I return my items?
Within 3 days after receiving your merchandise, before returning merchandise it must still be in good working condition, we do not accept return items that are damaged. If any items are to be returned you must notify us and list the product number and reason for the returns must be included in the box or the order will not be processed. unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
